How to become an HR and their job profile

You will be required to have a very good communication power. You should have a graduation degree and you must know about the fields about which you will be recruiting. I will list one by one various things about HR.
Who is an HR?
An HR is a person who is responsible for arranging man power for the company whenever required. He is responsible to make sure that all the employees are working properly or not. If they are not working properly then it is the responsibility of the HR to either hire or fire the employees. You as an HR will be responsible for the attendance and all the problems which are faced by the company employees. I must say that there are multiple posts in the HR department. They are HR manager and HR executive. The HR executive follows the orders of the HR manager and works under him.
How to become an HR?
In order to become an HR you will have to have a graduation degree. You can then opt for a one year course in management and HR or you can do an MBA course in HR. you will then have to go through a training period and after that you will be given a post in the company.
What you will have to do?
You will be guided by the HR manager. You will be given some job openings and you will be required to close those jobs. I must say that closing a single job sometimes become too hectic. You will have to search through various job sites and sort out the best candidate. You will then have to interview them all via mobile at first and then you will again have to shortlist them according to the interviews. Those who are finally selected are then called for an interview. Now there are two ways.
The person who is interviewing is either a HR consultant or the employee of the company which is recruiting. I must tell you that in the first case the HR might not have the final right to select. In fact he can only shortlist the candidates and then they can organize an interview between the companies HR and the candidates. If any of his candidates gets selected then he gets an incentive. However they do have fixed salary as well.
How much they earn?
I must tell that there is no limit that up till what level they can earn? However on an average the HR executives earn around $60000 whereas HR manager earns around $100000.
I must really say that this is a very good field and you should really go for it.
