Be choosy
You should make sure that the company which you choose for doing your internship should be good. If it will not be good then you will definitely loose the ground and your internship will not be as fruitful as it should be. Hence be very choosy. However if it is so that you are not getting the chance to perform in any company then you should really make sure that you do not waste your time and join some company or the other.

Be a listener rather than speaker
You must realize that the main motto of the internship is to gain knowledge. You will really not able to gain knowledge if you are not a listener. To learn some bodies trick you will have to listen to him at first. Then only he will be able to explain you his ideas. So give your trainer the maple time to teach you new things. If you will behave like this then you will really find out that the trainer will be much happier as far as you are concerned. He will really try to teach you everything. And believe it or not this will really change your life. Your theoretical knowledge will be turned into practical knowledge.

I must again say that internship should not be taken lightly. It is really a morale booster and brings with it a real experience for all of the new comers in the market.
